Is a deposit required?
Yes, we ask our guests the 30% of the total amount as confirmation of the reservation.
What methods of payment are accepted?
At Chalet des Alpes you will be able to pay by Credit Card (Visa, Maestro, Mastercard), ATM or cash.
What are the check-in and check-out times?
On the day of your arrival, you will be able to use your room from 4 p.m. In case of early arrival, we will put our luggage room at your disposal until your room is ready, while you can take a walk around the area. In any case, we would be grateful if you could tell us your arrival time.
Is it possible to have extra beds or cots for children?
Yes, it’s possible to have them and if you are interested we will be happy to give you further information about prices.
Are pets allowed?
Yes, small pets are welcome in our hotel (max. 10 kg) only in the rooms with garden and are not allowed in the breakfast room. We invite you not to leave your pets alone and to let them rest in their kennel/pet carrier.
Is smoking allowed?
In accordance with current legislation, smoking is only allowed in the external spaces of the hotel. We invite you to respect this important rule: otherwise we will ask you to pay a penalty.
What services are included in the price?
The services included in the price are outdoor parking space, free wireless, daily cleaning, linen and towel change, as well as a heated ski storage room with boot dryer.
Is it possible to park directly at the property?
Yes, outside Chalet des Alpes you will find a free outdoor parking space or alternatively you can use our garage for a fee and upon reservation. There is also a free bike and motorbike shelter available for you.
